Bin Attash had a hearing in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba about his alleged bombings of the U.S.S Cole and the U.S embassies In Kenya and Tanzania. Bin Attash admitted to being involved in both. He admitted to buying the boat and explosives also being responsible in the recruitment of the people that committed the act. Bin Attash killed dover 213 sailors and injured many more.
